I Rishita Shukla Founder and Owner of Rising Star Overseas for almost 4 years located in Ahmedabad Gujarat. Especially in a country that is deeply patriarchal
in several areas, it’s not just difficult but challenging for female entrepreneurs.
Women here are still considered emotional, less ambitious, and not supposed
to lead an initiative and turn it into a profit-making business. It was my dream
to become an entrepreneur and I am lucky that my parents and husband
supported me in fulfilling my dreams. I am always very enthusiastic about new
projects, and I can put in long hours of systematic work if it’s a challenging
project I have good communication and negotiation skills During my tenure in
this profession I have 17+ years and achieved Awards regarding best education
consultant. I am responsible for running all facets of the business, including
sales.

I Sejal Mistry introduce myself with a small journey of my career. I was born
and brought up in Ahmedabad. I completed my graduation in the commerce
stream in 2007. Along with my studies, I started my career as a Receptionist in
a Private eye clinic. From 2004 to till date, I worked in different fields. I feel
glad while working in the Overseas education field, I started with Foreign
Language Academy as a counselor and was then promoted to application
coordinator, and now working as a Counselor I adopted good knowledge in this
field.
Currently, I have been working with Rising Star Overseas for the last 4 years as a Counselor for Study Visas, Visitor Visas, Working visas, and Business visas for Canada, UK, USA, & Australia.
About my soft skills, I can manage presentations, Communication, teamwork, and building team, Sales & Marketing. My life Aim is learning new things every day Relatedly it is for my personal or Professional life.
I joined a Rotaract club which is managed by the Rotary Club. As a Rotractor I learned lots of new things as a teenager and grew up myself and built up bonding and self-confidence as well as got a prize in college life for best Drama Player. Music, Sports, Travelling are the best Motivational part of my life. I like this industry and wish to explore into and fulfill my dreams.
